Project E.L.M.O.

A mailing list (originally at onelist.com, which was purchased by egroups.com and that company was purchased by yahoo!) was formed as the result of discussions which have occurred with users of the comp.lang.tcl newsgroup at the past two Tcl Conferences. The intent of this mailing list is that this page will provide an introduction on what is known at this time. The mailing list is for discussions by people who wish to contribute time and ideas towards improving the FAQs such as the Intro to Tcl and comp.lang.tcl. Another topic of relevance is to discuss ways to exchange data between the various Tcl online resource efforts. I have no intention of discouraging any relevant topics from being discussed on the mailing list. The initial project for the mailing list will be to sort out what needs done first and who does what. Then as FAQs are brought up to date, more discussions on future needs will continue to take place.
